Amanda Golden Amanda is a phenomenal jewelry expert and I highly recommend her if you want nothing but the absolute best!! She is super knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you exactly as requested. Her wisdom and kindness made picking out our engagement setting, diamond, and both of our wedding bands a very enjoyable process, including helping us stay in budget!! I love them all so much! After our wedding, I had some resizing issues (not due to Amanda’s fault). Both Matt the manager and Amanda immediately took good care of us. Their dedication to excellent customer service has earned our forever business and praises. I can’t say enough good things and deeply respect their altruism and integrity!!! Thank you Amanda and Matt for our beautiful rings we will forever cherish! We love Diamonds Direct in Frisco!

Love how the charms represent a special time or memory in my life. Makes great birthday, Christmas or Mothers Day gifts! The staff is always polite, helpful, and do a great job polishing my jewelry which is FREE! They have recently remodeled and I love the new look. Its also awesome that James Avery is a Texas based company.

Holly Terry I noticed a while ago my diamond was loose on my engagement ring, l I sent it back to the original company to have it fixed and it did NOT get fixed what so ever… it was a total failure. After doing some research I decided to check out Perez Jewelers in downtown Bryan! It took about a week for Erik to fix my ring and it looks incredible!!! I couldn’t be happier with the results and quality of his craftsmanship! The price was very reasonable as well for the amount of work he ended up having to do to fix my ring! I also was super happy with how he explained everything to me/ even showed me exactly what he was seeing with his magnifying equipment. I never felt I was in the dark or unable to understand the process. I can truthfully it looks better than when i originally got it from all angles! These pictures are to show my new and improved ring and if any of you run into this problem which God forbid, I hope you never do! I highly recommend Perez Jewelers!!!

He answered all my questions, gave me very fair and reasonable prices, and made the whole experience flawless. I’ll be honest, I came in skeptical because I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other jewelry stores and pawn shops where I felt scammed. I shared those concerns with Jeremy, and he went above and beyond to make sure every question was answered and that I had complete confidence in my purchase. This shop completely changed my view of pawn shops. I’ll definitely be returning and bringing business here in the future. Highly recommend!
