Christine Renjit I have had consistently poor experiences trying to reach Pandora by phone. Anytime I have a quick question—just something simple I want to check before driving to the store—no one picks up. I would estimate about 95% of my calls go unanswered. During peak times, like Mother’s Day, it’s even worse. I called multiple times to ask about the availability of a specific charm, but couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally decided to go to the store in person, only to be told the last one had sold less than an hour before I arrived. If the phone line actually worked, I could’ve saved myself the time and frustration. For a brand as big as Pandora, I expected better customer service.

Hunter Baggett Caves is absolutely amazing! I went to them to have my engagement ring fixed and also to have my wedding band custom made and their customer service is top notch. Everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful. After I got married I had an issue with my band and they fixed it no problem!
