Most necklaces tend to tangle, but this one is so finely made that it doesn’t get caught on anything. All of their jewelry is authentic and lovely. I definitely recommend here if you want to treat yourself or a loved one. The staff are kind and welcoming—always ready to help and communicate with care.

Maria Tristan I’ve purchased several items from S&S. The customer service is amazing here. Seriously, other places at downtown McAllen try to push stuff on you or want you to choose quickly or keep it moving making it seem like you’re wasting their time - not here. They let you take your time on choosing items, of course I don’t take advantage as I know they have many customers. Each item I’ve picked which include earrings, necklace, and rings, (for myself and as gifts)are beautiful and the best prices I’ve found.

It’s an older ring and knew it wouldn’t be an easy fix. His skills and attention to detail is beyond exceptional. Getting my ring back, took my breath away and brought me to tears. Sara Campos We went to Kay’s to shop for my husband’s wedding band and Elizabeth was so patient and helpful! My husband ended up doing a custom design at Kay’s and Elizabeth was so communicative and accommodating throughout every step of the process. Anytime we went to Kay’s for an appt to approve the progress, we never felt rushed and Elizabeth went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to perfection. This went above and beyond the customer service we would expect from any jeweler and really helped make what could have been a stressful season a really enjoyable one!
