1 /5 Lily Avila: I live in Pearland and I called (5 times before someone picked up the phone) to ask them for a receipt from a purchase I made back in May because I needed to exchange a ring. As someone who worked in customer service, I know how searching for previous transactions work. I called them to look for my transaction (because they didn’t even ask me for my email or number the day of my purchase) and the manager said that that wasn’t possible at all. Ma’am, yes it is. I was on the phone and politely asked the manager her to wait because the manager at my Pearland location wanted to speak to her to GUIDE her on how to find my transaction. Well, she hung up on me. And guess what? My Pearland location digged (called the regional manager) to find my transaction and they did. This is sad. Not picking up the phone? Not asking for email or phone number the day of purchase? THE MANAGER not being able to find a previous transaction? THE MANAGER hanging up on someone who is asking you to wait politely? If you didn’t want to do it, just say so.
