Drew Williamson I used Kubes recently (Nov 24 - Jan 25) for an engagement ring - both the diamond the ring. I took my now fiance there to look around in early November and the experience was exactly what I was hoping. They spent time to go through many different cuts and settings with us to see what she liked the best. The sales team there was great, very helpful and not at all pushy or overbearing like I have experienced with other jewelers in the past. We worked primarily with Heather and she was amazing, helpful, and responsive throughout trying out rings with my fiance, helping to find and select a diamond and collaborate with my sister and me on what the setting would look like. Katie designed the ring and was also very responsive and helpful once the work was handed over to her. Other people that I interacted with there were also very pleasant and helpful. I did also compare the prices they gave me for the diamonds with other sources and they were very fair and competitive with the prices that they quoted me on all the diamonds they selected for me. Throughout the whole process of what for many, including myself, is a sizable and vulnerable purchase they were open, transparent, helpful, and felt genuinely excited and happy about the process and for my engagement. I would highly recommend them over any larger scale jeweler I have interacted with or heard about from friends and am super happy with how the whole process went and the ring that I ended up with.

J These guys are fantastic. I spoke with David in the Tomball store about an engagement ring. He referred me to his wife Jessica at the Magnolia store. Jessica is wonderful. She helped me design and get an engament ring made in a very short period of time that I had prior to a trip I had planned to get engaged. She educated me on diamonds and helped me pick one out that was in my budget and would look great on the designer setting I had chosen. The ring turned out beautiful and my fiance loved it. I highly recommend Trinity Fine Jewelry and will be using them again. Great people. Great customer service and they are very helpful.

Dashiell Allen-Smith This place is… something. First of all, I visited late May of 2022, on a Saturday. Anyway, if you want to go shopping, I do not think that this will be your place. Macy’s closed in 2017, Palais Royal closed in 2020 alongside Sears, and Dillards closed in 2006. I should also add that the food court has been vacant for years. Heck, the Claire’s, the one really decent-looking store, closed a while before I arrived, not to mention that a third of the mall (the playground and the empty hallways towards Macy’s) have been closed since the pandemic. However, despite ALL of these flaws, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The styling, though slightly refurbished roughly 5 or so years ago, still looks similar to how it did when it opened in 1982. The Palais Royal still has it’s logo in place, but so does the Sears. So if you enjoy dated architectural design, I would highly recommend. EDIT: I went back during Thanksgiving week, and the place is not doing too hot. The only name brand store, which I believe was a FootAction, has closed since I last went last May. Just a fare warning, the area is not the safest (certainly no Greenspoint or Sharpstown, but still enough that you should be more careful), and that the old Macy’s may have a homeless person or two. Don’t worry, as the mall itself should be fine, since the only people there are getting exercise. Only go after dark if you know what you are doing. In conclusion, if you want to go, do so sooner rather than later since I doubt the longevity of this mall. EDIT 2: I added more photos from Thanksgiving Week 2022, this time from my camera, as I forgot to put the photos of it on here. The new photos do not reflect the current state of the mall, again as they are from a couple of months ago.

Love my experience through and through from ordering to receiving my favorite jewelry pieces. Highly recommend anyone who loves to shop without any hassle in ease to visit them in person or online.

Connor Popp Had a small project for them to do and they nailed it. Price was fair, and the work was completed quicker than the estimated date given. Will be back if I have another project.

Kay M. Henry did an amazing job with my tennis bracelet. He does great work, communicates with the customer well and is very efficient. I was very pleased with the quick turnaround time. I’d asked him to remove some links from my bracelet, but he went above and beyond by cleaning it and fixing the broken clasp as well. He also cleaned my necklace for me on the spot when I picked up my bracelet. Definitely recommend!

Castillo Hugo “Александр” Moe is a True Professional - Handled a Cherished Watch with Care! I came to Precious Jewelry Outlet with a vintage watch that belongs to my daughter. It’s a special piece to her, so I was nervous about finding someone to replace the battery. Moe was the gentleman who assisted me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and handled the older watch with the utmost care and precision. He had it running again in no time. My daughter was thrilled! Thank you, Moe, for your excellent work and for treating a sentimental item like your own. I highly recommend this store!

Adam Molina Good business all the way around, I always come to them with any of my jewelry needs.they fixed my dads watch that was passed down to me that hadn’t been working for a few years, sized two of my rings, soldered a pendant onto a bracelet I had bought from them previously. You can even watch as they clean your jewelry.. haven’t been to any other jeweler since I’ve been here.

Dana Devine Grace was extremely helpful with the rings for my son Sams fiance. She turned a necklace into the most stunning engagement ring that I have ever seen. My overall experience with Houston Jewlery has been wonderful. I will definitely choose yall over any other Jewelery store. Grace is phenomenal. She deserves a raise! I cant thank yall enough, no one else has wedding rings that are as stunning as Alyssas. The newlyweds are over the moon!
