He taught me a lot of gemstones and diamonds, took the time to teach me the basics all the way to the small and intricate details. I would definitely recommend people to ask for him as he takes all the time to explain, guide and show you all the gallery that they have. He even goes the extra mile to ask for constant feedback from the end user and provides additional help on giving you the best price. The staff is always polite, helpful, and do a great job polishing my jewelry which is FREE! They have recently remodeled and I love the new look. Its also awesome that James Avery is a Texas based company.
