5 /5 Andrea Wlazlowski: For our twentieth wedding anniversary, my husband wanted to upgrade my engagement ring. Even though Blue Nile has a very user friendly online shopping experience, we decided to make an appointment to see some options in person because it was hard to differentiate some of the tiny different details between various settings. From the moment we arrived in store, Vanessa was absolutely wonderful to work with to find exactly what I wanted. She asked questions before and during as I tried on countless (seriously) different options of engagement rings and different coordinating wedding bands to help me narrow down what I liked about some and what I didn’t. At no point did we feel any pressure to hurry our decision along. When I decided that I wanted to keep my wedding band and just purchase a new engagement setting she helped us choose the perfect diamond for it.
While we were shopping, several other couples came in looking as well, and I watched Juan offer the same level of incredible, insightful service to them as well. There was a very minor issue when placing our order so Juan came over to help Vanessa fix it; our direct interaction with him was wonderful. He fixed the issue quickly and with a smile!
