The process has been easy and clear from the start. Claire is very knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way. She approached us focused on helping us design our perfect ring vs just as a sale to close, which we appreciated so much. We had gone to another large chain and it was pushy and impersonal. Overall, loved supporting a women-owned business, working with Claire to design the ring, and the quality. Looking forward to getting wedding bands next!

Stanford Mike (Paw Paw Mikey) KK’s Corner Mall in Lubbock Texas is a great place to find unique treasures. All of the booths were artfully designed and really fun to check out.

Tina Schwettmann Im digging the new location on RR 12. Carolyn is just an awesome human. She was working on some beading when I arrived to do my usual record shopping. We chatted a while, and she helped me find some great LPs. I also found some gems in the bargain bin including Lena Horne, Edith Piaf and a musical tribute to Poe by Alan Parsons Project. I also found a John Prine, Laura Nyro, as well as a new pressing of Miles and Coltrane. Shes very knowledgeable regarding music, and prices her records fairly. Its rare that I spend less than an hour...theres just so much music. The listening station is a huge plus when you want to get a feel for a record or artist. Ill continue to return, as Fourth Rock is one of my favorites record stores. Period.

Nate Couch This is a cool place. They make their own custom jewelry here and its really interesting stuff. Theyll even take jewelry youve already got and turn it into something else for you. The staff are also really good people. Theyre friendly and helpful and not looking to take advantage of you. I took my grandmother here looking to help her sell an old ring she had and they gave her a free appraisal with an offer but also told us where to go shop it around and recommended going elsewhere to make sure we were getting the best deal. Not only that, he cleaned the ring and steamed the diamonds to make it pop for her for no charge! I was blown away by this. He made sure to explain everything to her, and even multiple times offered to change the ring for her and made sure that she was really interested in selling it and parting with it. They just really wanted to help my grandmother out above making a profit on her. This kind of honesty and genuine service is so hard to find these days. Ill be back for sure.
