I brought in some gold and rings, and he gave me a very fair and reasonable deal. What I appreciated most was how transparent he was—he measured and weighed everything right there in front of me, calculated the price on the spot, and there was nothing hidden or done “in the back.” He also has a beautiful selection of custom jewelry pieces, and you can tell he really specializes in creating unique, high-quality designs. The shop is located in a sleek, bougie building that was super easy to find—just a quick 37-minute drive from Sherman straight up 75. Allen is one of those people who feels like an instant friend. Wendy Norman I love Segner’s Jewelers in Bee Cave, Tx. I left my wedding ring and another ring to put ring guards on because they are so loose on my fingers. They were only $18! They worked with me and were able to pick them up on July 3rd! They fit great now!

Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!

Dylan Driscoll Nick went above and beyond for me at every turn. I was looking for someone to custom-make an engagement ring - he ended up doing our wedding bands as well. I would recommend Nick to anyone and everyone. I had a relatively clear idea of what I wanted in an engagement ring. Nick not only brought my idea to life, but walked me through the details I didnt know about, like the appropriate band thickness for a particular stone, and how best to accommodate the stone I had and the design I wanted. The ring was much better than my original plan because of his guidance. He also helped me design two wedding bands more or less from the idea stage. They turned out better than we could have dreamed. Working with Nick was easy, and in fact a pleasure. Hes an expert at his craft and his work speaks for itself.
