After looking all around Abilene, getting different prices and estimates on completion, KGN jewelry Had the best price with the best ETA. They also do their ring resizing in store, which is very important. Tony was able to get my ring done within one day. They had it shined and cleaned when I went to pick it up. Vy Chen this location is awful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. i went in for a chain and to have a charm engraved, not only was Michelle N rude and unhelpful but the store’s machine didn’t work and my charm had scratches everywhere. my first attempt on engraving the charm was handwritten, a pretty decent size and written within the perimeters. the machine had completely FLIPPED OVER my charm and was writing everything all over the place. they let me redo it again and recommended i used the text setting, which completely ruined the whole purpose of coming in, where i wanted to hand write something but after seeing what happened i settled. i saw the worker pull out another charm from the drawer, where it was completely scratched up. even after using the text setting the charm FLIPPED OVER ONCE AGAIN and looked NOTHING like what was shown. it is completely illegible and looks like chicken scratch, and there is suppose to be a heart written on it????? only after i spent my money and wasted my time the worker THEN AFTER informed me that they have been having problems with the machine, why sell me something that you knew didn’t work?? and people were unhappy with???? i’m upset i wasn’t informed of the issues they had beforehand and how i couldn’t refund this scam. i will never be returning and i hope the worker is retrained thoroughly on customer service and letting them know of any precautions before they spend their money.

A little leery, I did some research as to an unfamiliar term, GOLD FILLED. I came to understand that, although not 100% real gold, it’s the next best thing. It claims to be able to be worn like 100% gold, without losing its shine and able to last years without turning, for A FRACTION OF THE COST. So, I bought anklets knowing I would get the true test from them because I would leave them on and live normal. Well, after a few weeks, they are still on, they still shine and they still get compliments. I’ve been indulging in a few pieces a week and now have a beautiful array of jewelry that I love.

Gary Golden I was referred to Nick after searching for months to find someone to make a custom bezel for my coin. The process was very simple. I came in with my own idea on how I wanted the final product to look. So after talking to Nick he asked that I send him the photos. After it was finished it looked exactly like I was hoping for. Their pricing is the best in town. The timeline I was told would be 4-5 weeks from start to finish and to my surprise it was exactly he had it finished in exactly that. I’m extremely satisfied with their professionalism as well as their customer serviceand will be continuing my business with them moving forward.
