Dashiell Allen-Smith This place is… something. First of all, I visited late May of 2022, on a Saturday. Anyway, if you want to go shopping, I do not think that this will be your place. Macy’s closed in 2017, Palais Royal closed in 2020 alongside Sears, and Dillards closed in 2006. I should also add that the food court has been vacant for years. Heck, the Claire’s, the one really decent-looking store, closed a while before I arrived, not to mention that a third of the mall (the playground and the empty hallways towards Macy’s) have been closed since the pandemic. However, despite ALL of these flaws, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The styling, though slightly refurbished roughly 5 or so years ago, still looks similar to how it did when it opened in 1982. The Palais Royal still has it’s logo in place, but so does the Sears. So if you enjoy dated architectural design, I would highly recommend. EDIT: I went back during Thanksgiving week, and the place is not doing too hot. The only name brand store, which I believe was a FootAction, has closed since I last went last May. Just a fare warning, the area is not the safest (certainly no Greenspoint or Sharpstown, but still enough that you should be more careful), and that the old Macy’s may have a homeless person or two. Don’t worry, as the mall itself should be fine, since the only people there are getting exercise. Only go after dark if you know what you are doing. In conclusion, if you want to go, do so sooner rather than later since I doubt the longevity of this mall. EDIT 2: I added more photos from Thanksgiving Week 2022, this time from my camera, as I forgot to put the photos of it on here. The new photos do not reflect the current state of the mall, again as they are from a couple of months ago.

Karilynn Bressie I am very pleased with all my interactions with Black Wolf White Wolf Design. They make a variety jewelry and other items with silver and semi precious stones. Whether its a simple design or a statement piece, they can and do make it themselves. I only have a few pieces now, but they are my go to choice.

Tess Endicott RJ was EXACTLY the consultant I needed for trying on rings for the first time. I never in my wildest dreams thought I would ever meet the right person, so it was very emotional for me, even though I hid it well. I have multiple disabilities and to say yesterday was emotionally exhausting in a good way, doesnt cover it. RJ made the appointment extremely easy and smooth and I cannot recommend him enough. He showed me everything I had requested and was VERY laid back, calm, and patient, which is exactly what I needed. My boyfriend will definitely be back up to see him in the future. I so appreciated how mellow jell-o, as I say, the appointment was. I was encouraged to take my time, explore all my options and given a wealth of information on everything from the rings, diamonds, and even the warranty. Thank you for making it a special day!!

Alisia Friendly, fast, and professional. My ring is over 100 years old and a very special family heirloom. I was worried about taking it in but they eased every anxiety of mine. I would recommend this shop 1000x over and will definitely come back to check out their amazing collection.

Amanda HILLIKER I adore my permanent jewelry because it is not only aesthetically pleasing but also eliminates the clasp from moving around to the front like most bracelets do. The minimalist look is in, and this is the perfect place to find that unique piece. Trust me, you will not be able to stop looking at it. It surprised me how happy I was with my selection.

Gib Flores I met the family as a walk in customer and they are very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I had some silver to trade in exchange for gold and we were able to make a deal. They were very honest and fair with the prices and their customer service is excellent. I will be returning to conduct more business with them soon.

Sri Y This Malabar store has Great collection. Bringing this much large varities to USA is really wonderful.Completely felt like shopping experience in India. We got 6 gold bangles set last year in their store and Kalpana helped very well. She showed all collection patiently during our shopping experience. So again we asked her as our shopping rep this year too and we had very pleasant time. We got gem stone necklace, gem stone bangles, gem stone earrings, gold hoops, gold daily wear jhumka and gold party wear jhumka. Designs are super awesome.
