1 /5 Vy Chen: this location is awful DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. i went in for a chain and to have a charm engraved, not only was Michelle N rude and unhelpful but the store’s machine didn’t work and my charm had scratches everywhere. my first attempt on engraving the charm was handwritten, a pretty decent size and written within the perimeters. the machine had completely FLIPPED OVER my charm and was writing everything all over the place. they let me redo it again and recommended i used the text setting, which completely ruined the whole purpose of coming in, where i wanted to hand write something but after seeing what happened i settled. i saw the worker pull out another charm from the drawer, where it was completely scratched up. even after using the text setting the charm FLIPPED OVER ONCE AGAIN and looked NOTHING like what was shown. it is completely illegible and looks like chicken scratch, and there is suppose to be a heart written on it????? only after i spent my money and wasted my time the worker THEN AFTER informed me that they have been having problems with the machine, why sell me something that you knew didn’t work?? and people were unhappy with???? i’m upset i wasn’t informed of the issues they had beforehand and how i couldn’t refund this scam. i will never be returning and i hope the worker is retrained thoroughly on customer service and letting them know of any precautions before they spend their money.

1 /5 June Leschek: Went in for 1 specific item. Terrible service. Waited forever. Staff never even acknowledged me. They helped someone before me that came in after me. When they finally got to me they didn’t even apologize for the wait. Never going back to this location

1 /5 Daphane Westry: This place is awful. The manger is a liar! The associates ruined a special moment. Wasted my time. Made up a lie about not being able to refund us. This store is trash and so are the people that work in it. Pure trash! I see why the ratings are so low. Low ratings for low class employees.

1 /5 Shevelle Speed: The black manager Michelle is rude. We walked in at 7:10pm and waited until it was our turn at 7:20pm. I approached her while she was at the counter and asked her to put my 3 full charmed bracelets in the jewelry machine cleaner while I shopped. She looked at her watch and said no! We close at 8:00 and we only do that between customers. Well I was her only customer for the next 30 mins. So why was that such an inconvenience for you, I am a paying customer and you had no one else. You want me to put my new shinning charms on a dirty oily bracelet and You were not doing anything else in between showing charms. Where’s the customer service? I’ll spend my money where the manager or store associates are helpful. I’ll take my money where all my customer service needs can met.

1 /5 Lexii Marie: I refused to go to other Pandora locations because it seems like they all are just nasty and rude. This was the last location I’ve been to and when I shared with the store manager my experiences she told me she doesn’t allow that here. It made me feel better so I asked her to place an item on hold for me and wanted her store to get the sale. When I came to purchase I brought my bf with me to show him other things I want and also had to ask a question. When I walked in we first looked around for literally 5 mins and then I asked a girl my question. While she was looking an item up for me my bf left to go grab my purse from the car and the STORE MANAGER VIRGINIA didn’t realize I was still in the store and said “so they waisted all our time just to ask a question” .. the girl looked at me like she was embarrassed . Virginia thought the girl didn’t hear her and then repeated it again to finally look up and see I was still there . I chose not to purchase the 4 items I planned on getting since she was so rude but I definitely won’t buy from here again. Also the employees are rude when she’s not there , nasty attitudes and so focused on talking to each other that they don’t ring transactions correctly.
