I’ve been going to Collections for years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my jewelry. They always stand behind their work, and the quality is second to none. What I really appreciate is that their prices are always fair, and you never feel like just another customer — they truly value the people who walk through their doors. Every experience has been positive, whether it’s a new piece or a repair, and I always leave feeling taken care of. It’s rare these days to find that kind of honesty, integrity, and personal service, but they have it. I’m so grateful to have a jeweler I can count on and recommend them wholeheartedly!

I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of response to her previous attempts to contact you. We were very clear in our request: the chain needed an extension with the exact same gold type and pattern (18K gold, matching the original). Instead, what we received is a poor-quality repair with a visibly different link and color — and to make matters worse, we have confirmed with another jeweler that you used 14K gold instead of 18K. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that we paid $300 for this service in good faith. It’s also extremely frustrating that you have ignored all follow-up messages and emails. We expect transparency and responsibility, especially from a business that claims to be reputable. I demand a full explanation and immediate resolution to this issue.

Oscar is a true artist who has crafted amazing handcrafted bespoke jewelry. Special thanks to Sandra who designed a stunning custom engagement ring and ouroboros inspired wedding band for my wife. Her design was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for artisan crafted jewelry.
