She walked my wife and I through the different options and listened to what my wife wanted for her ring. She showed her all the options and was not pushy with anything and told her that we could look to do one option or another. Diane Shepherd Max fixed my wedding ring after it got ripped off my finger. Not only was the band broken, but the setting was a mess from a previous repair that wasn’t done well. He put so much care into it, making 32 different welds to get it back to looking brand new and making sure it was strong again. When I got it back, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was! So shiny, like the day I first got it. I had forgotten how shinny and beautiful it used to be. Max does amazing work and truly takes pride in what he does.

Anytime I have a quick question—just something simple I want to check before driving to the store—no one picks up. I would estimate about 95% of my calls go unanswered. During peak times, like Mother’s Day, it’s even worse. I called multiple times to ask about the availability of a specific charm, but couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally decided to go to the store in person, only to be told the last one had sold less than an hour before I arrived. If the phone line actually worked, I could’ve saved myself the time and frustration. For a brand as big as Pandora, I expected better customer service.
