They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, exuding a genuine and warm demeanor that made me feel welcome and as though I were an integral part of their community. It is refreshing to encounter establishments that genuinely care and provide such exceptional service. Lady named Lyn was exceptional upon my entrance, but Krista who assisted me was simply awesome y’all I would’ve given them 10 stars for especially where the area where their Showroom is located, other STORES nearby certainly have their noses high up in the air, but not this place. So impressed. Thank you both. I totally recommend them.

Deborah Thebirdlady Erin is an absolute genius where jewelry is concerned. He learned from some of the best old school jewelry experts in this field and is unbelievably knowledgeable. He is an artist as well as a craftsman. His prices are reasonable, and I can vouch for his integrity. we have had three wedding rings designed by Erin from heirloom, gold and diamonds, and couldn’t be more pleased. If you want to pay top dollar prices And have the experience of glitz in a fancy store, you’ll want to go to a different jeweler. Steffen S David is fantastic to work with - knowledgeable, patient and fairly priced! I definitely recommend him if you are looking for wedding bands, or need to make changes to an existing ring. He was able to make the wedding band of my wife match the design of her engagement ring perfectly, and I am more than happy the way my wedding band turned out based on a specific design I had asked for. Ana Bonilla Salazar I went to Jewelry Limited to get my antique watch fitted. From the moment i stepped in, everyone was so friendly, even the other customers. It was nice and quick. It was fitted perfectly to my wrist and when i saw that they had watch batteries, they fixed up my watch so it was up n running. While i was there, another customer was looking to sell her antique chalices, and though they couldn’t help her. They kindly referred her to place that possibly could. They also had beautiful jewelry displayed and a variety of chains. The owners are personable and listen to what your needs are. 100% Recommend!

Chelsea lalor The lovely women at the Lufkin, TX location are truly amazing. They have been thru hell with me between my beloved Disney Rapunzel ring getting damaged, replaced and now lost/stolen…. After the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on since yesterday, they were patient and even stayed past closing to help me find the perfect replacement ring at 60% OFF! I will forever shop with them specifically and they should get raises just based off their customer service.

This place was like walking into a secret warehouse of discounts that no one talks about. I don’t know if they’re trying to be low-key about it or what, because I swear these deals aren’t being blasted online or anywhere else I usually see ads. Its almost like they’re hiding these sales for people who actually show up in person. If that’s their marketing strategy, it’s working now, because I’m telling everyone. We saw Liz Claiborne handbags for 50% off, a rainbow wall of crewneck shirts for $5.99 each, Pokémon backpack sets, and even 4th of July sandal sales for under $30. You could literally redo your whole closet or back-to-school list in one sweep and not break the bank. I was so surprised, I had to stop and take photos not for clout, but to remind myself to come back, because my memory is mostly folders of random thoughts unless I log stuff visually. While I was browsing and snapping pics, an employee from cosmetic came up to me asking if everything was okay. At first I was like, “Uh oh, am I doing something wrong?” but she wasn’t rude at all—just doing her job and keeping an eye on things. Honestly, its rare to see staff that attentive anymore. She didn’t hover or make it weird, just checked in and moved on. Five stars to employee for being present and professional. The store was also super clean and well-organized. Clothes were folded, shelves were full but not chaotic, and everything felt intuitive to navigate. It didn’t feel like a chore to shop here, which for me is a big deal because most stores either overstimulate or underdeliver. JCPenney is officially back on my radar. Great prices, organized layout, attentive staff, and deals that deserve more hype.
