Katie T Branden was so helpful when it came to making my engagement ring a reality! He was able to take a stone from an old family ring and do beautiful hand engraving of leaves/flowers on the sides. He worked with us on price to my our dream a reality. I got updates throughout the process. After my now-fiancé proposed, we realized we had ordered the ring too large. Branden very kindly resized it for us quickly & for free. The whole experience was great.

Jaspreet I had ordered from their website before but while visiting Texas few days ago, I wanted to check out the actual store. Met J, the owner there. He came over to say hello and is so sweet. They have a lovely collection and the lady who helped me, Sally, was also very sweet. I ended up getting more things that I thought I would get but his designs are just so unique and cute. Also, plenty of parking right in front of the store. Would definitely go back there whenever I visit Houston again!

deez nutz Excellent customer service. Gemstones/Flintstone, you can say Im friends with Brad. I just went back to see my guy B-Rad (1yr later) and like always excellent service. Got my wife her 3rd annual ring. My wallet is now back to making sad noises again.
