They offer a wide variety of beautiful pieces to suit every taste and budget, which made shopping enjoyable and stress-free. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the details and quality of each item, which I really appreciated. You can tell they truly care about helping you find the perfect piece. Highly recommended!

Mica Ross Robert Randall is the best diamond / design specialist. I highly recommend him. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. He understands budget and price points and isn’t aggressive at all! I would recommend him and Robbin’s brother for your ring needs !

Alex Only giving two stars as the sales associate are lovely. I went in to purchase one of my first statement pieces but couldn’t make up my mind. I was mid conversation with a lovely worker when, I’m assuming the manager with long grey hair came and took the worker away to ask questions that were irrelevant to the conversation in front of me and several other customers. This is super embarrassing not only for me but I cannot imagine how the employees feel. I would not recommend coming here as this interaction left me uncomfortable.

Jasmine Bayliss After I recommended this jewelry store on a local mom’s group, I realized I never left a review for the store here. I highly recommend Kim Ngoc for onsite jewelry repairs. They have repaired gold earrings and rings for me. The store admittedly looks sketchy from the outside with the bars on the windows, and you have to wait to be buzzed in. However, this Vietnamese jeweler has been here since the early ‘80s. Gold jewelry is sold by grams based on market price, and I’ve found the price to be good. Most of the negative reviews I’ve seen have been related to customer service. I think most of the brusqueness is the language barrier. My Vietnamese is basic so I just wait to speak English with the daughter, Thao, who is delightful. They fixed my jewelry onsite while I shopped (about 45 minutes). Before my ring was taken back, Thao verified the stone’s authenticity and she verified it again before she gave it back to me. I’ve been pleased with the repairs.

BellaTorresBruh I have bought 4 watches from Diana. She is a phenomenal saleswoman, bought 3 watches for myself and 1 as a gift. She is very communicative, kind and overall will always give you a good deal. She was my first connection with bachendorfs and is the main reason I keep coming back.

Margaret Yard Jeff and Delores English are master jeweler’s! They enhanced my wedding ring and stud diamond earrings with creativity and pizzazz! A “halo” of diamonds was added to each piece. My expectations have been exceeded!

Unfortunately they didn’t have my size in Houston so she made sure to order it for me in London and made sure to follow up along the way and contacted her colleagues.
