1 /5 Katie Augenstein: The sales associate on September 4th, 2025 is an EXTREMELY RUDE WOMEN. She deserves to get fired. She’s terrible. My friend and I went in looking for a specific piece of jewelry and she threw prices at us acting like we could not afford what we were in there for. She made us both feel so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving almost immediately. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE looking for something I’m really excited to purchase.

1 /5 Imran Majeed: I visited De Beers with my wife as we were looking for engagements rings at the time. The sales associate was rude and dismissive. She did not provide any help or service to us. I would not recommend coming back.

I was pleased with the ring I tried on but wanted a bit of time before I purchased as there were a few other stores I wanted to visit as well. They promised to send me the information of the ring I wanted but never did, & when I called they didn’t have any of my information saved apparently. I did not (& won’t) return.

1 /5 Kaela Timeraj: Mario Gudmundsson, Is a piece of work. He is rude, and judge others for how they look. my husband wanted to treat me a 5k item. We ended up at Tiffany’s, and spent more there. Mario looked down at me, and rolled his eyes. After the encounter my husband was at the men’s restroom, Mario must of followed us, and wanted to engage in an inappropriate matter with my husband. We will never step foot into that location!! What a creep!

5 /5 Hills Cha (Cha): Best customer service experience. I came from Europe to purchase a ring and I was assisted by the wonderful Christina. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size in Houston so she made sure to order it for me in London and made sure to follow up along the way and contacted her colleagues. Just a pleasure to have dealt with Christina !
