Chelsea lalor The lovely women at the Lufkin, TX location are truly amazing. They have been thru hell with me between my beloved Disney Rapunzel ring getting damaged, replaced and now lost/stolen…. After the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on since yesterday, they were patient and even stayed past closing to help me find the perfect replacement ring at 60% OFF! I will forever shop with them specifically and they should get raises just based off their customer service.

Charles Allexander I have been a long time customer , shopped here for years now . Love the jewelry among other things . I have always enjoyed shopping here. The employees are very nice and helpful. Anna one of the workers is my go to person always polite and respectful. Helps me out a great deal. She is very knowledgeable about most of the things that are sold here . Overall great place for shopping or getting a little extra money. Great prices and deals.

Jim Toner Ive used John Christian Designers to make Family Crest Rings and Pendants for myself and our children. They produced an excellent design, and have been able to use the same mold over many years to make new pieces using the same mold. Sorry the founders re retiring!

Holly Terry I noticed a while ago my diamond was loose on my engagement ring, l I sent it back to the original company to have it fixed and it did NOT get fixed what so ever… it was a total failure. After doing some research I decided to check out Perez Jewelers in downtown Bryan! It took about a week for Erik to fix my ring and it looks incredible!!! I couldn’t be happier with the results and quality of his craftsmanship! The price was very reasonable as well for the amount of work he ended up having to do to fix my ring! I also was super happy with how he explained everything to me/ even showed me exactly what he was seeing with his magnifying equipment. I never felt I was in the dark or unable to understand the process. I can truthfully it looks better than when i originally got it from all angles! These pictures are to show my new and improved ring and if any of you run into this problem which God forbid, I hope you never do! I highly recommend Perez Jewelers!!!
