Colin Marlborough My Wife and I visited Lufkin to attend our Granddaughters wedding whilst there my wife decided to have her engagement ring remodelled and a repair to an ear ring post that had detached from its bed. Miss Amanda seen to our requirements and advised us what was available and could be used in the remodelling , due to time constraints we had a very short window to have the work completed. Miss Amanda spoke with the Jeweler Mr Simon and he advised us the jewelry would be ready the following day. Revisited the following day, and my Wife was over the moon the ring was outstanding and the ear rings back repaired . Alexander Castro Service was impeccable! College ring cleaning was complementary, and helped me pick out two necklaces at a reasonable rate! Even polished and cleaned my engagement ring. This place, Shan and the ladies are kind, understanding, friendly and respectful. I never felt rushed, or pressured. Will be back for the holidays!

Tara Jackson One of the better stores in the B/CS mall. The staff was super sweet, I asked them to help me pick out some jewelry for a dress and they were happy to do so. I wish there was more space, the store does feel a bit cramped, but they still have a good selection of clothes and jewelry.
