Emily Buxton This is my absolute FAVORITE store to shop! I love all the unique pieces they offer. I also LOVE how confident I feel in their clothes. They are constantly coming out with new items each week! It’s definitely my go to store to find new pieces for my closet. I truly can’t recommend this store more. If I could give 10-20 stars I would. If your looking for super cute styles and items not everyone will be wearing definitely check out this store! The staff are always friendly and they even remembered my name that’s huge to me! (Or maybe it’s a sign I shops a lot hahah) Now I just wish, hope and pray they open a location in The Houston/woodlands area!!!

Kelsey Palmer Kind, trustworthy, good people. Mr Rogers himself was able to fix my bent Ring Wrap before I even made a lap around his store! I was shocked when he said no charge. Hard to find good business owners like him anymore. We will definitely be back to get a watch fixed as well as make some purchases to support his small business. They have some gorgeous opals, diamonds, turquoise, and many other precious stone jewelry. As well as Fiesta ware and other glass ware and trinkets. Im sure Ill bend my Ring Wrap many more times in my life and Ill take it to him every time.

Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot! I hope everyone has a great day but I hope Lauren has a stellar day every day for the day she helped me make!

Trinity Davis I just happen to come across Benolds when on my hunt for an engagement ring. Benolds had excellent customer service! I was helped by Hallie. She went above and beyond to help me find my dream ring. Like most people struggle with everywhere we went, they just felt like they were trying to get us to buy anything. Not this place! It was much appreciated not to feel so pressured. Hallie made finding my ring a breeze. We were so pleased with Benolds that we came back and bought our wedding bands from them too. Every time I get the chance, I make sure to mention them to family and friends. I will be making any future jewelry purchases with Benolds 100%.

Jerry McElroy This team is truly amazing. From the very beginning, with the initial meeting with Daniel, to working with Matt and Kaitlyn to receiving the final product was an amazing experience. I came across the Diamond Room searching for a place to bring the custom design I had for my now fiancés to life. Past retailer experiences didn’t go as planned and I had a date in which I wanted to propose. I really wish I would have saved time and found the Diamond Room first. Matt and Daniel helped pick out the perfect diamond. Matt took the time to walk me through different enhancements that made the ring unique as well has protected the side diamonds and the centerstone. Working with Kaitlyn for the CAD renderings and final product could not have been simpler. This is an amazing team and I truly recommend the Diamond Room.
