Not once did she come over and ask if there was something we were looking for. Had to call her three times just to ask about a charm. Very lazy and horrible customer service. Went to Pandora and spent $550 there.

Christi and Donnie were so welcoming as soon as I stepped foot into their door from showing me around their store, offering drinks and more importantly educating me to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Christi is so passionate about everything she offers in the store which is something I’ve learned to appreciate nowadays. The store was clean, well organized and artistically put together. After browsing through earrings, bracelets and necklaces I landed on a beautiful rose gold with diamond ring that’s stackable (which I thought was unique) for my girlfriend to show my appreciation for everything she does.
