Lowell Unruh So this bracelet goes back to before my parents were married. It’s nearly 70 years old. Being fairly new to Boerne and never having to have jewelry repaired I resorted to doing a Google search. Armando‘s name came up with some standing reviews and ranking. I took this piece in and we discussed replacing the bracelet since it was uniquely broken but with a little convincing, Armando decided he might be able to repair it versus replacing the bracelet. Needless to say he did a five star job. No doubt it is not an every day occurrence for a Rolex quality craftsman to have an opportunity to repair a simple bracelet. His desire to please, and to do an exceptional job came through; well done Armando!

Brenda Floyed I love Hartfield Designs! Shop has unique gifts and a wonderful friendly staff. I was there recently to have a necklace repaired. Beautiful work and a very reasonable price. This is probably not the best place to have jewelry repaired if you want it back immediately.

I’m currently on a a European cruise with my wife for her birthday and I have her wonderful bracelet gift with me only because of the amazing service from Lorie and Franzetti. Went out of her way to ensure we could have a specialized option (birthstones of wife and our two kids) created in less time than it should have taken and then overnighted to me in Houston when it made it back to the store in time. It’s always 5 star service whenever’s we’ve worked with them.

I drive completely across town for services and its worth it. You wont find this at a big name chain and Ive tried. If youre not buying or a regular customer they "might" hello but dont guarantee the item will break Ive trusted some very unique, sentimental pieces to Rafael and he always takes care of them splendidly. He also does special orders. RV Jewelers is so worth the drive.

Anthony Williams I love this place. The quality is good, the price’s reasonable, the staff always warm and helpful (even during the holiday rush hours). I also like the customization aspect where you can create your own jewelry. Oh, and the adjacent cafe has tasty treats.
