hunter Martinez The lady there was extremely rude. We were waiting for her to finish talking to the couple. Then for her to tell us she cant sell us earrings because she is closed. Like seriously. You saw us waiting for you to help us and you couldnt sell us the earrings. Never will I come back.

Jack Chester I intially didnt want to go to.the Galleria on a Saturday, but Im glad I did. I found a beautiful pair of earrings I wanted to get for my wife. I had a great experience with Margaret. She was incredible in finding what I needed. Overall a great experience and my wife loves her new earrings. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Alex Nguyen I went here for the first time today to change out a watch battery and remove a couple of links. The staff was very welcoming, started to assist me right away, and did exactly what I needed today. When I went to pay, they told me it was on the house since it was my first visit there. I was truly surprised! What a wonderful business and staff. Im writing this to let anyone looking for a jewelry/repair shop in The Woodlands know they should definitely give them a visit. I honestly dont visit jewelry stores very often, but I know which one I will when the time comes again. Thanks Robichaus!!
