Wills Greene I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect engagement ring here in Tyler, TX, and after visiting a few places, Ramsey Fritz Jewels truly stood out. I walked in not knowing much about diamonds, the difference between cut, clarity, or color, but that changed quickly thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, genuine hospitality. LeaAnn was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was simple and easy to understand. She asked about my budget, walked me through a few diamond cuts, and then had them brought in so I could compare and choose the one that felt perfect. LeaAnn made the process not only stress-free, but actually fun and exciting. Her knowledge and passion are unmatched, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping me find the right ring, not just making a sale. I couldn’t be happier with my experience, and I know I’ll be coming back for future gifts for my soon-to-be wife. Rachel Campbell They dont do what you bring in your jewelry for. I brought in my cross pendant to have the posts that hold my cross to the necklace replaced. 2 wore out completely of the 3 from my necklace. They charged me $79. I was fine with that. (A little more than another jeweler had quoted but that was so we a year ago.) Said they would replace the "prongs". I said fine BUT I AM BRINGING IT TO HAVE THE POSTS THAT HOLD THE NECKLACE TO THE CROSS REPAIRED! so my cross doesnt fall off my necklace BECAUSE ONLY ONE POST IS STILL IN TACT! I showed them in the store REPEATEDLY. Wrote it down ON THE TICKET WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED! They kept it 2 days and "fixed the prongs" - there was NOTHING wrong with my prongs on the diamonds! And did NOT FIX THE POSTS AT ALL. When I called they said bring it back and we will fix it for no charge. IN FACT THEY GROUND DOWN THE EDGES WHERE THE POSTS HAD BEEN AND WORN THROUGH IN THE CENTER OF THEM! I dont.know what the deal is but I dont.trust them now. I barely trusted them before! But thought they couldnt possibly screw up replacing the gold posts! But they showed me! I have had this cross for years (DECADES!) and it is very sentimental to me! I am so frustrated they wanted to argue when I called saying that "they fixed the prongs." That WASNT the job!! The job was replace the 2 posts! There are supposed to be 3 posts that hold the cross to the necklace. It actually looks like they ground off the edges of the 2 other posts!! Making it harder for me to get it repaired now!! I will NEVER trust them again!

Michael Montano I Entered the store and was immediately greeted by Mr Phillip. I went in looking for a very specific chain. Mr. Ijaz was able to find the exact chain at the exact length and width I had requested in a matter of seconds. He quoted me a perfect price and also provided me great financing options. I was also looking to get my son a rope bracelet and Mr. Ijaz down sized the bracelet to perfectly fit my son within minutes! Free of charge! The honesty and customer service i received today was unbeatable and will be the main reason why I will keep shopping here.

Taylor Day If you have ANY jewelry needs at all , adding charms to a bracelet, ring repair , etc.. go here ! The people are so incredibly nice and make you feel like your needs are their top priority.. it’s also very nice and clean inside. Will use again !
