Dylan Driscoll Nick went above and beyond for me at every turn. I was looking for someone to custom-make an engagement ring - he ended up doing our wedding bands as well. I would recommend Nick to anyone and everyone. I had a relatively clear idea of what I wanted in an engagement ring. Nick not only brought my idea to life, but walked me through the details I didnt know about, like the appropriate band thickness for a particular stone, and how best to accommodate the stone I had and the design I wanted. The ring was much better than my original plan because of his guidance. He also helped me design two wedding bands more or less from the idea stage. They turned out better than we could have dreamed. Working with Nick was easy, and in fact a pleasure. Hes an expert at his craft and his work speaks for itself.

Nikki Simmons A Friend of Nans had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesnt work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldnt do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it. I just cant say enough about this lady and her business.

Sydney Downs Highly highly recommend going in to talk to PJ & Ryan for any of your jewelry needs! They did a fabulous job for my Fiances wedding band; we had to order it & it came in the next week!! Just what we needed a month out from our wedding. They were truly a breath of fresh air & the most welcoming & helpful people. We will definitely be using them for our future jewelry needs. Christine Renjit I have had consistently poor experiences trying to reach Pandora by phone. Anytime I have a quick question—just something simple I want to check before driving to the store—no one picks up. I would estimate about 95% of my calls go unanswered. During peak times, like Mother’s Day, it’s even worse. I called multiple times to ask about the availability of a specific charm, but couldn’t get through to anyone. I finally decided to go to the store in person, only to be told the last one had sold less than an hour before I arrived. If the phone line actually worked, I could’ve saved myself the time and frustration. For a brand as big as Pandora, I expected better customer service.
