David Garza Mr. Bradley Turner (asst. gen. mngr.) assisted me in turning a disastrous issue with my fiancé s wedding ring and helped turn it around into a very momentous event. Unfortunately initial communication (no fault of his) with sales person went bad. Ring was not ready as promised for my retirement ceremony. Mr. Bradley spoke with me on the phone and not only offered his sincere apologies but offered several options and asked me to come in. I went in and explained I had another chance to propose at my retirement party with close friends and family. He showed me the engagement ring and it exceeded my expectations. Ive been a customer for almost 20 years and I will continue to be a loyal customer in large part to this young mans professionalism and courteous manner. He made two cops day.
