2 /5 Cody Baird: We called to see if they could resize a ring quickly. They said yes. On arrival My Wife went in alone and they told her it would be $125. This is higher than we wanted to pay. They offered a lower quality resizing although I didn’t understand what that meant. And when I said I’m sorry for taking their time we will take it back to the store that sold it to us and just wait the five days they need to resize it, they said just tell us how much you want it to cost and will do that. The way it was said made me feel like any price we named, even the original, would’ve gotten us a very low quality repair. This review is based on the customer service experience. their actual service and products may be wonderful but their counter presence was questionable and left me feeling uncertain so we declined to do business here.
