Danya Murib I am pleased with my experience. This is the best gold shop with friendly owners. I never had a problem with any of my experiences and the jewelry that I bought. This gold shop deserves 5 stars and I would recommend this to anyone who wants a high quality shop and gold experience. The gold doesn’t change color and is still in a very good condition. I would definitely make another purchase at this gold shop.

Andre Wardian Roger went above and beyond with the workmanship and attention he spent on creating this piece. I gave him a design and was shocked to see how much care, detail, and time he spent on the project. The project initially took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the extra time spent getting it just right. I will definitely be back for another project! Needless to say, customer service was fantastic and pricing was always fair. Thank you for giving a second life to a family heirloom that was passed down!

L.O. Foghladha I was a customer who frequented the store alot a few months ago. Last time I visited, the store was so clean, but now the store is so messy! I also didnt see any familiar faces, what happened to the old team? They were so nice and kept the store so nice!

Cynn Came to Tiffanys, no appointment just walk in and were greeted very warmly. Amanda spoke to us and helped us as we were just browsing engagement rings with no idea what we were doing.She was so sweet and knowledgeable on the type of rings i would be interested. We decided to make an appointment for a more detail ring try out and are very happy. Thank you Amanda!

Nicole Caldwell I didnt find a cocktail or formal dress I was looking for, but I did find this high-low magnolia flower dress I fell in love with!! I was not expecting it to be so dang cute. Its polyester sadly, but Im obsessed with the magnolia flowers! I also have a lace infinity scarf from Francescas but it was a present, so this is my first time buying something from them.

Dashiell Allen-Smith This place is… something. First of all, I visited late May of 2022, on a Saturday. Anyway, if you want to go shopping, I do not think that this will be your place. Macy’s closed in 2017, Palais Royal closed in 2020 alongside Sears, and Dillards closed in 2006. I should also add that the food court has been vacant for years. Heck, the Claire’s, the one really decent-looking store, closed a while before I arrived, not to mention that a third of the mall (the playground and the empty hallways towards Macy’s) have been closed since the pandemic. However, despite ALL of these flaws, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The styling, though slightly refurbished roughly 5 or so years ago, still looks similar to how it did when it opened in 1982. The Palais Royal still has it’s logo in place, but so does the Sears. So if you enjoy dated architectural design, I would highly recommend. EDIT: I went back during Thanksgiving week, and the place is not doing too hot. The only name brand store, which I believe was a FootAction, has closed since I last went last May. Just a fare warning, the area is not the safest (certainly no Greenspoint or Sharpstown, but still enough that you should be more careful), and that the old Macy’s may have a homeless person or two. Don’t worry, as the mall itself should be fine, since the only people there are getting exercise. Only go after dark if you know what you are doing. In conclusion, if you want to go, do so sooner rather than later since I doubt the longevity of this mall. EDIT 2: I added more photos from Thanksgiving Week 2022, this time from my camera, as I forgot to put the photos of it on here. The new photos do not reflect the current state of the mall, again as they are from a couple of months ago.

Joniesha Lee Vikki was so amazing from the moment I was just looking for an engagement ring all the way up to finding the perfect wedding bands for my husband and I. Her customer service is Top 2 and not number 2. Vikki is our go to girl always. We love her.
