1 /5 Rylee Gentry: I have come to this store a lot and i’ve given them a lot of business from my own spending and i was very disappointed in the service i received i live over 30 minutes away and this is the closest Store to me and my charm bracelet broke and I just needed to get it fixed. It’s a very important bracelet to me and I don’t ever go without wearing it but I do have a full-time job so I got over here as fast as I could and I pulled up at 7:59 and I know that that is terrible timing and I hate being that person but I was just looking to drop it off for it to be fixed. I knew that I wasn’t gonna get it back that day I have no expectations of that but literally right as I pulled up I got out of my car and the lady saw me. I mean, she made direct eye contact with me and the second hit 8 o’clock as I was about to open the door and she locked the doors and they would not take the bracelet and I just thought it was very rude and I wasn’t even trying to get it back that day so I just thought it was very rude and unprofessional that I mean she was just waiting there at the door saw me and still locked the door as I was about to walk in and I don’t know if that’s just me as I said I hate being that person. I know that it was last minute, but I didn’t have a whole lot options as I literally got here as fast as I could, and they were just very inconsiderate and rude and she didn’t even say anything like she literally just locked the door as quick as possible and I did not appreciate it at all as the fact that I have had a lot of business with them and it was just really disappointing.
I hope management finds a better way to deal with these situations because i would have even responded better if she would have just said something but she just quickly locked it so that she didn’t have to speak to me.
again, I’m not trying to be rude. I just it was really disappointing. I was really hoping that they would just have some kindness to take the bracelet, even though it was last minute as I said, I understand, but it was just really disappointing in the customer service point of view.
