1 /5 Gisel Gonzalez: This place is a scam I had 2 people in different places check a bracelet that my husband purchased for himself and both places said it was not real that it was reactive and was cut with metals to make the product have weight . When he purchased they said it was 14k and we paid as such .

5 /5 corey fitchett: Just got a bottom grill done here. Came all the way from Denton. Unbelievable quality and service!!! Jr completely bodied it from molding to fitting!!! He was very attentive to even the smallest details. Got it exactly an even better than what I wanted!!! Had small problem he called me instantly and resolved it. The end product a 6 piece bottom grill done to perfection!!! You want quality work, great prices and professional service go check out Jr at Rosales Jewelers. Will definitely do business with them again. They have two locations too!!! Dallas an Irving. Go get hooked up!!!!

I recommend this store to everyone not only do they have outstanding customer service! But they also make you feel welcomed. 1 /5 Mary Jimenez: Avoid doing business with her. She does not care about customer relationship and significance of the purchases. The lady gives horrible customer service. My sister ordered a graduation ring in 2017 and delayed delivery date without notifying us. She never communicated anything until we would call to find updates. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and ordered my brother’s high school ring this year. She messed up by putting the wrong name and got it delivered. She knew of her mistake and failed to notify us. We went to pay off ring and pick up and she said that it was okay since many people wouldn’t see the side of the ring with misspelled name. She said that while laughing. We asked her to send it back to correct the name since it was her mistake and not ours. She called us back to tell us she wanted us to pay more money to fix it. She had the audacity to say we had to pay her so she wouldn’t lose any money—for her mistake.
