The store has a beautiful selection of high-quality pieces, from classic designs to more modern and unique styles. I was looking for a special gift and the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and even offered suggestions that I hadn’t considered. I ended up choosing a gorgeous necklace that was beautifully packaged and made the perfect gift. The craftsmanship is top-notch and you can tell that great care goes into each piece. What stood out the most was the customer service – warm, genuine, and professional. I never felt pressured and left the store feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely be returning for future gifts (and maybe something for myself!). Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality jewelry and a great shopping experience.

1 /5 Victor Munoz: Terrible experience with this shop. My friend drove over an hour from Brownsville because they claimed they were ready to buy his watch for the listed price of $4,800 — no negotiations, just “we’re ready with cash.” But when we got there, they completely switched up and tried lowballing him at $2,800. When we confronted them, they acted like they never agreed to the price, even though it was clear from the messages that’s what they led us to believe. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like it was no big deal that they wasted someone’s entire afternoon. This is not how you run a professional business. Dishonest, shady tactics — avoid this place if you value your time and want to deal with people who actually keep their word.
