Hannah Benavidez I had an heirloom diamond necklace from my late grandmother (that was actually her original engagement ring) that I brought in to be remade into a more practical piece of jewelry I would be able to wear on a daily basis. Oscar et al created a beautiful solitaire and eternity band that is not only more modern and my own personal style, but more wearable than the necklace ever would have been. He was also able to create both of these in less than two weeks. Jackie was also incredibly helpful in the design process. Superb customer service. Simply incredible! 10/10 would recommend. I will be back to rework other heirloom jewelry into more wearable pieces.

Ora Hola This review is for the disappointing commercial I just saw about Denny Bales advocating for adopting a dog simply because they would make a good guard dog. Dogs should be family and a systemic problem is this town is that people view dogs and cats as possessions like furniture or kitchen appliances: Theyre only good when serving a purpose and disposable when they get too old or break down. Shame on you Denny Bales.

Michael Montano I Entered the store and was immediately greeted by Mr Phillip. I went in looking for a very specific chain. Mr. Ijaz was able to find the exact chain at the exact length and width I had requested in a matter of seconds. He quoted me a perfect price and also provided me great financing options. I was also looking to get my son a rope bracelet and Mr. Ijaz down sized the bracelet to perfectly fit my son within minutes! Free of charge! The honesty and customer service i received today was unbeatable and will be the main reason why I will keep shopping here.

This place was like walking into a secret warehouse of discounts that no one talks about. I don’t know if they’re trying to be low-key about it or what, because I swear these deals aren’t being blasted online or anywhere else I usually see ads. Its almost like they’re hiding these sales for people who actually show up in person. If that’s their marketing strategy, it’s working now, because I’m telling everyone. We saw Liz Claiborne handbags for 50% off, a rainbow wall of crewneck shirts for $5.99 each, Pokémon backpack sets, and even 4th of July sandal sales for under $30. You could literally redo your whole closet or back-to-school list in one sweep and not break the bank. I was so surprised, I had to stop and take photos not for clout, but to remind myself to come back, because my memory is mostly folders of random thoughts unless I log stuff visually. While I was browsing and snapping pics, an employee from cosmetic came up to me asking if everything was okay. At first I was like, “Uh oh, am I doing something wrong?” but she wasn’t rude at all—just doing her job and keeping an eye on things. Honestly, its rare to see staff that attentive anymore. She didn’t hover or make it weird, just checked in and moved on. Five stars to employee for being present and professional. The store was also super clean and well-organized. Clothes were folded, shelves were full but not chaotic, and everything felt intuitive to navigate. It didn’t feel like a chore to shop here, which for me is a big deal because most stores either overstimulate or underdeliver. JCPenney is officially back on my radar. Great prices, organized layout, attentive staff, and deals that deserve more hype.
