1 /5 Eve: I bought a Silver Chain & Silver Pendant for my husband this passed February as a Valentines Day gift & not even 2 weeks later the pendant started to tarnish, my husband called them immediately & told them about it. They told him to bring it back. The owner looked at it and even said so himself that it wasnt real silver and he was going to replace it & hed call my husband when its here. My husband has been having to call THEM all the time & in March the owners wife said that its in & they had it ready to pick up. My husband picks it up & comes home and we both looked at it & realize its the SAME pendant!! It looks like all the owner did was machine it down to take off the tarnished areas. We called the owner back immediately & asked why did they lie & all he said was.. (AGAIN) he was going to call us when he got the replacement pendant. Here we are in May & we keep calling them with an update on the replacement & they keep saying the same thing "its not in yet", OR say "I dont know, the owner will be in tomorrow". They need to replace it with A REAL silver pendant like they PROMISED Or give me My money back or I WILL take legal action if necessary I dont care how long it takes or how much money I will have to pay an attorney. They obviously dont care about cheating people so they need to pay for their actions because thats not right! Ill never buy from them again & you shouldnt either!
