Victoria Sledz Purchased a new puffed heart ring and had various other pieces cleaned today including my charm bracelet. Very good service at this location and they have an excellent choice of pieces available compared to other James Avery locations.

Andre Wardian Roger went above and beyond with the workmanship and attention he spent on creating this piece. I gave him a design and was shocked to see how much care, detail, and time he spent on the project. The project initially took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the extra time spent getting it just right. I will definitely be back for another project! Needless to say, customer service was fantastic and pricing was always fair. Thank you for giving a second life to a family heirloom that was passed down!

robnL1000 I have have had repairs, appraisals, and recently the resizing of my Mom’s wedding band because it was too big on her. We were afraid of it falling off her finger and losing it. They have always been so kind to us and also honest about what is possible and what was not. I really appreciate the honesty. Even though our pieces were simple or inexpensive, they always treated it with the same level of care as an expensive piece of jewelry. I highly recommend them.

Jennifer was a huge help throughout the whole process and was always available to answer questions that I had. I dont think I would have this level of trust with any jeweler I would have gone to in Dallas. Local business is the way to go for sure. Would definitely recommend going to Ernst if youre looking to pop the question.
