The only person I would consider to help with this task is Jay Horgan, owner of Houston Diamond Outlet. I called Jay, explained what my son was looking for and Jay told me to come on down and he has exactly what my son was looking for. Within a few weeks, the decision was made and the ring is perfect! Isabel Van Dyke I just picked up my wedding band after getting it resized here. I am very happy with the work! It looks perfect after going down 1 1/2 sizes. Id taken my engagement ring to a different local jeweler and it came back looking a bit beaten up at the bottom, and as if itd been clamped with a pair of pliers. Eichhorn took a longer time, but the work was much better—it looks like nothing was done to the ring at all. Also, the customer service was great. Definitely recommended!

christy smith I went in to have some antique jewelry looked at. Justin was very knowledgeable & although he was unable to purchase those particular pieces from me-he was able to point me in an another direction for those items. I had some other random stuff that he was able to purchase and even gave me a price that i was very pleased with. I was impressed and returned with other items this afternoon.
