1 /5 Naiyonna Hill: Don’t buy from this jewelry store!! They over charge for for quality, bought a necklace that I paid a pretty penny for from here that popped and had it for less than a month. They also took 3 extra weeks to give me a necklace that he told me would be ready in 2! They are rude and poor customer service. When I told them my necklace popped the said they’ll fix it free one time like they were doing me a favor or something.

1 /5 Rodrigo Fernandez: I purchased 2 bracelets from here and after less than 24 hours of having them one of them just came apart and the clasps on the other wouldn’t close. I went to return and the staff and manager was very rude and told me they would not be able to do anything except send in to repair when I stated that I wanted a refund due to how quickly the jewelry broke. I then again asked for a refund again and he preceded to tell me “I know you said you didn’t do anything to it, but I wasn’t there to see”. Obviously they don’t trust the quality of the jewelry, they have no regard for trying to resolve a problem for the customer, and they have never been taught manners or professionalism and how to run a successful business and rely on sketchy business practices. I let the owner know I would be posting this to warn others so they do not lose any money and he stated he would respond and say I was lying. This business needs to be evaluated and Rivercenter should not allow them to rent space on their property. Hopefully you guys see this before impulse purchasing this jewelry.

1 /5 Maurice Robinson: Do not buy anything from these people they are thieves. Sent my necklace to them from Michigan to get fixed on Oct 11,2019 and I called to see why haven’t they sent it back and they don’t answer the phone and when I did get a hold of them the dude was rude as hell and they said they didn’t have my necklace. But someone’s going to come up with it or I’m going to take legal action against you. Will be contacting the BBB.
