Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. Ingeborg Tauber I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Adams/Manager of Dallas Gold $ Silver in Euless, TX, located on Airport Fwy/Industrial Blvd. in Euless, TX. Mr. Adams extended excellent Customer Service, which is hard to find these days, plus demonstrated outstanding product knowledge. I had two watches, both made and purchased in Europe that needed battery replacement and one needed adjustment to fit my wrist. The battery replacement and wrist adjustment was fixed on location. (Other stores would have sent the watches to another location, because they were made in Europe.) Mr. Adams customer service had no problems solving the repair by himself at the current location. Needless to say that I am a happy and extremely satisfied customer. Mr. Adams, you are recommended to my family, friends and anyone who reads this review. I thank you and greatly appreciate your service.

Dax Havrilak Right up front with the prettiest jewelery and shiny rocks. A preferred gift shop for the fancy pieces of Renaissance Faire jewelry. The owner also has an auto-clave or tumbler for rocks and polishes metal for a fair price. Get a coffee or tea from next door and sit down while she takes care of your kit.

Theresa Lind This is a great place to visit. If you’re looking for honest affordable work done on jewelry or have him make you some jewelry which he’s doing for me highly recommend I get a really good vibe from the owner. Both my husband and I left there saying that after our first visit, we get the honest dealing vibe not like you’re gonna be taking advantage of at that location highly recommend. I came back to update my review to show you what he made for me….it is just beautiful!!

Jaspreet I had ordered from their website before but while visiting Texas few days ago, I wanted to check out the actual store. Met J, the owner there. He came over to say hello and is so sweet. They have a lovely collection and the lady who helped me, Sally, was also very sweet. I ended up getting more things that I thought I would get but his designs are just so unique and cute. Also, plenty of parking right in front of the store. Would definitely go back there whenever I visit Houston again!

Curtis is like a metal guru. He gave us so much information and was able to answer all the questions. If you are looking to sell your jewelry this is the place.

Cliff Ive been going to Twins Jewelers for all my repair needs for several years. They offer friendly and fast service, do a great job, and at a modest price. Theyve repaired watches, bracelets, my wedding ring, etc., and always have done excellent work. I highly recommend them, not only for repairs, but also for their large selection of quality jewelry, both modern and vintage. Theyre located just west of the Walmart and Whataburger on University Ave in the same shopping center as Shipley Donuts. Twins Jewelers is a local, family owned and operated business and deserve the communitys support.

Chris X MB&B was very honest and fair to me. While they could have charged for the appraisal of my fathers gem and rock collection, they recommended I not get it done given that the cost of the appraisal might outweigh the worth. I would work with them on my next project.
