I had a bracelet sized down recently there,and it fits so much better. Raquel helped me today and she was fantastic helping me pick out a gift. They also repaired a few of my jewelry pieces within a day! I was honestly stunned by how fast and professional their repair service was, especially when other jewelers take forever. J D I was in the area looking for a watch shop which is no longer, I pulled off and put in watch repair in maps and Sergios Jewelry came up, close by. They replaced bent pins on a vintage watch, and pulled off the keeper holder hoop off a band and put them on my existing watch. They did this all at no charge, it was very generous and greatly appreciated. FYI its just a $7.00 charge to change a watchband if you supply the band. They have an enormous selection of costume jewelry, from basic to dropping in bling! A must stop in for a repair or to shop next time you are in Casa Linda Plaza.

Bear Bear WARNING ⚠️ I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they shouldve been open. You cant call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now Im a little scared. I hope Im not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didnt screw it up. UPDATE: Its 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mothers bracelet. Im IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mothers bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Im not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.

I got me and my best friend matching birthstone rings. Love the staff super welcoming and accommodating and my new place to stop in every time I visit Houston. PA please open a store in Dallas.
