Alter’s is a historic jewelry store with hundredth years of service and experience. One can see that from vintage Rolex sing that you will not find even in a posh Swiss chalet town to sprawling selection of jewelry pieces. My wife’s grandmother ring which she was given was bought in Alter’s by her grandfather many years ago. Timeless, collections for Alter’s leave legacy pieces enduring generations. Great experience. Eric Velasco Went in on Saturday with my son looking for a Mothers Day gift for my wife. Saira was very helpful and attentive. She was able to help us make the perfect decision on a gift. I was also impressed that she was the only employee in the store at the moment and was able to attend to 10 customers calmly and very professional. The quality and craftsmanship are top-notch. Huge shout out to Staci and Jenny—they were super helpful with everything from start to finish. They guided us through the design process, answered all our questions, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Picking up the rings was a breeze, thanks to them being so organized and friendly. If you need any jewelry, especially custom pieces, definitely check out Kim Chau. They never disappoint, and the staff makes the whole experience fun and easy!

Diane Shepherd Max fixed my wedding ring after it got ripped off my finger. Not only was the band broken, but the setting was a mess from a previous repair that wasn’t done well. He put so much care into it, making 32 different welds to get it back to looking brand new and making sure it was strong again. When I got it back, I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was! So shiny, like the day I first got it. I had forgotten how shinny and beautiful it used to be. Max does amazing work and truly takes pride in what he does.

Hunter Baggett Caves is absolutely amazing! I went to them to have my engagement ring fixed and also to have my wedding band custom made and their customer service is top notch. Everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful. After I got married I had an issue with my band and they fixed it no problem! I absolutely love my wedding band and would recommend caves to anyone and everyone!
