Noel Ramos Had to go into James Avery today to have two pieces cleaned. Today Elizabeth helped me and she and the rest of the staff made me feel very welcomed. I love coming into a store where people go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcomed. I’m from a small town originally and this is an aspect that I miss. So for me it’s nice to have that hometown feeling when going into a store like James Avery. The staff today is a true example of what a customer like me looks for in a store. P J What a great little store. Sweet people, Had a watch clasp that needed a simple adjustment and they jumped on it immediately. We were in Kerrville on a visit so was in a bit of a pickle with a watch that would not stay latched and they were able to tweak it to get the clasp to latch and were so kind about it. Least I could do is write them a great review. Cool shop. Great folks. Recommended.

Gayathri Iyer If you are looking for a local bead store in Rockport area then this is it. They have quite the collection of beads, a lot of classes and also other fun stuff. I loved the collection of fresh water pearls they had and I got myself some. They have really cool findings too. The girl was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. It’s been a while since I have stepped into a bead store and I am so happy to have found this place. Will come here whenever I am in the area. They also have some jewelry collection if you are looking for a gift. Overall a really great store with lot of beads .
