Michael Middleman Magro I had the most pleasant time having a very precious stone set into a new band. The Jeweler Mr. Phillip takes his time with every minor detail. Everything was polished, rounded, and shining as you would hope it to be. I couldnt be more thankful to have brought my stone and ring here. They not only do incredible work, but have some of the best hospitality.

Re Re Always gets it done quick and clean, always open to clean and repair my stuff as well. 14 k 8 piece grill and a silver fang set and both were worth it ☺️. Still hasnt changed colors or tarnished at all

Riley Ray Sobczak If you need anything engraved and want to use the best around, I recommend Abe’s Engraving at Plaza Fine Jewelry in Dallas above all else! I went in to get a watch engraved as an anniversary gift, and Raja was both helpful and pleasant to chat with! The watch I brought wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but I’d had limited options online. In store, she noticed I liked the other watches and proceeded to showed me a number of comparable options in-store (but only after confirming I could return the original watch for a refund)! I purchased watch 1 from her and placed an order for engraving with a few words and a date. The back of the watch is tricky, limited space, but they made it work beautifully! I’ve now returned the original watch for a full refund. Not only was she incredibly helpful, she was also incredibly understanding. I purchased the watch and left it for engraving, then had a change of heart within 30 minutes. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange it with another watch, but she completely took that worry away. She took watch 1 back with a smile and helped me to purchase watch 2, which I picked up today after engraving. I am so happy that I chose to go with Plaza Fine Jewelry and especially Raja, as she was a wonderful and kind salesperson who really made the whole process a breeze. And I must of course mention that the finished watch is beyond what I imagined - I’ve it! I think my partner will love it as well. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and speed with getting it to me within my short time frame. I absolutely recommend this store to any and everyone in the DFW area - you will not be disappointed!

Trina Curran My most favorite place for new jewelry, repairs, and cleanings. The nicest people and most unique service! They’ve helped my son with his purchase for a one-of-a-kind engagement ring and wedding band. My husband and I bought our wedding bands here and he bought my engagement ring and princess cut diamond earrings for me. Can’t recommend them enough! If you want jewelry you probably won’t find anywhere else, go see them!

During our initial consultation, she took such detailed notes that I didn’t even realize they were actually designing my ring—I thought we were just browsing. Later, my husband met with her one-on-one, and together they created the ring of my dreams. When he proposed, the ring was exactly as I had imagined—or even better! We recently returned to pick out a matching band, which perfectly completes the set. We’ll definitely be coming back for the third ring to finish the collection!
