Emily I just got my 15 jewelry fixed along with my dad and his gold chain and I just want to say he did a great job it looks better than it did before and the cleaning makes the gold look a whole lot better definitely recommend visiting.

Sabrina Sturgeon This is the most wonderful store in the world! They had bowls on bowls of used keys, dominos, and buttons that went clicky clack in all the best ways! There were mushroomy things and eclectic finds that made my heart smile. I walked out with a bumble bee felt measuring tape, a pink button, the most darling copper spoon, and a post card with a bicycle on it. Best store ever.

Kendall Smith WOW, Talk about personal service! I had moved out of state and wanted to send a gift to my real estate agent. My Giving Tree proactively designed a basket off very little info from me, sent pics via text and delivered the same day! The reciepant was thrilled. Highly recommend!

We have never shopped for rings before and he made the process very easy and it was not intimidating. He mentioned he was new to the store but he handled us as if he had been there for years. Dan S A great JCPenney to shop for whatever you need that JCPenney happens to sell. This location is clean, organized, and has friendly service. I couldnt complain about this store if I tried, nor do I have much more to say about this, so Ill share a story about this store: Once, back in 1991, I was shopping with my dad in this store. We were in the jeans section, and there was a little TV playing a Levis ad, on loop. It was for their large style jeans, and the commercial had a reggae song about "livin large". Fast forward to the modern era, and I am able to find that ad on YouTube. So, what I do is I enter Penneys from the north entrance and cue up the ad on my phone so I can share the joy. I do this every year at least once.

kandice Green Zap & Soul is an absolute treasure. They have the cutest, most unique and dainty jewelry, truly pieces you won’t find anywhere else. Their permanent jewelry options are just as fantastic, and I’m obsessed with their charm bar, not only for your body but even for your shoes. Such a fun and creative touch. They also pierced my daughter’s cartilage and were incredibly clean, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. It gave me so much peace of mind as a parent. You can truly tell they care about their craft and their clients. Best people ever. I highly recommend Zap & Soul for all your jewelry needs and fun, personalized touches.

Schery Nielson The work was beautiful but I was promised in 2 weeks it took over 2 weeks and when I went to pick up my repairs I was thinking around $200 and it was over $700! If I had known it was going to be that much I would have never had the repairs done. And the one ring that was to be sized is still to big. I won’t go back. Update! I got a call from Jenna very sweet lady. She went over all my concerns there were a few miscommunications and we got everything worked out. Thanks again Jenna! Update: Refund was in my bank and now it’s gone today. What happened??

Davina McKee 5-14-25 6:45 pm went in to look for a charm bracelet for graduation gift. The James Avery clerk I Dillards was too busy leaning on the Counter and popping her gum. Not once did she come over and ask if there was something we were looking for. Had to call her three times just to ask about a charm. Very lazy and horrible customer service. Went to Pandora and spent $550 there.
