Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!

G M 5 starts to Rupa, she is a valuable employee, very dedicated and knowledgeable, I went to that store couple of months ago to do a maintenance on my tennis bracelet , and the old man that helped me said “he couldn’t find me in the system “ and told me to go home get my receipt and come back ?? Who has time for this ? I went back today after 4 months because I just don’t have time , and Rupa helped me and she took care of everything I needed to get done , she is so patient and nice ! Give her a raise , she really represents your brand very well .

Heather Alberts The Best and most Honest Jeweler you will EVER Find. I found them and had a couple special items made. I added two of them for you to see what kind of quality service Peter and his wife provide. I had a 36 carat Swiss blue Topaz made into a pendant. I also had my Tiffanys dog tag engraved with a special meaning. I love them both and the price was so good on top of it! Just cant say enough good things about these people!
