The establishment is a full service Jewelers including in house repairs, show room, and custom design. I was highly impressed by the turn around time on my repair and my rings looked stunning. The work was beautifully done and the cost beat the other competitors. The repair was fully explained upon drop off and was exactly as described upon pick up. Which, for me, shows integrity. I highly recommend D Carrolls Jewelers and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Bear Bear WARNING ⚠️ I dropped off a gold bracelet on 4/15/2024. I was told to pick it up on Wednesday, but I was unable to go until today (4/19/2024). I arrived shortly after 10 this morning, and they were closed. I waited 45 minutes and still closed, so I got on Google Maps to see the hours of operation. According to it, they shouldve been open. You cant call, because their number is not posted. I started reading some of the recent reviews of this place, and now Im a little scared. I hope Im not disappointed in their work, or worse yet, I hope they didnt screw it up. UPDATE: Its 12 noon, 4/22/24, and I just returned from picking up my mothers bracelet. Im IRATE, to say the least! Not only did these IDIOTS not repair my mothers bracelet, but they charged me for "straightening" the bracelet. Needless to say, I will never return and do everything in my power to make sure I warn those who inquire about this business. Please read the other reviews and take heed. Im not the only one who has had a horrific experience with these people.

David Tipton I ordered a beautiful silver 1 CT cubic zirconia ring. The lady behind the counter that worked there about between 1pm to 2:30 pm was awesome! She let me size my ring finger showed me the ring that I was I interested in even though that particular ring did not fit I still ordered the same one online just a different size. She was so kind and thoughtful to my needs and I appreciate all her help I just wish I knew her name Im sorry but yall can figure it out and let her know she is appreciated!
