1 /5 Ernesto Cervantez: To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. 1 /5 Brittney Blum: Poor customer service. I needed to exchange a ring that was a gift for a half size smaller and they said I’d need to pay half the cost of the ring. I will not be returning to this location. Recommend you go elsewhere if you need to do simple exchanges.

1 /5 Angelina Chapa: Rude customer service from Patricia. She informed me that they will not clean my bracelet aswell wrote on my receipt DO NOT CLEAN. I haven’t had the bracelet for a full year yet and supposedly “links were missing” and that my charms are “too heavy that it broke my bracelet” My bracelet is not full or heavy of charms for it to be “broken”. I have only ever taken it to James Avery for cleaning aswell never messed with the links or taken any of them off how would that be possible? I know plenty of people who have full heavy bracelets that still get it cleaned at James Avery. Patricia seemed to be trying to find any little issue. I find that extremely unacceptable from her.
