Joseph W. Guillory These folks are the best jewelers around. I asked them if they could make me a custom fathers pinky ring and they hit it completely out the park. My wife, daughters and granddaughter just love the way it looks. Being able to show it off to others and the amazing response I get from people is just great. If anyone would like a custom made ring and are looking for someplace with high quality design, craftsmanship and the greatest customer experience please go to these people. If I could give them ten stars I would. 5 stars is just not enough for level of service they provide.

Chris Goodman These guys are great! Super nice and very professional. I took in a Movado Series 800 in for service and I had them shop off my wedding ring because I couldn’t take it off. They fixed the watch I brought in and resized my ring. My ring looked brand new like the day I got married, 26 years ago. They were quick and super pleasant to work with. Definitely I’ll have to purchase something from them in the near future!

Tonya Chronicallyillsoldier This is a place that you can go inside the mall that sells clothing for girl teens and women. They also have clothes for boy and girl infants through 5t. There is always a sale going on. Nothing overly priced either.

Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. Perry Jefferies Took a fancy earring in with a scarily bent post. They fixed it while I waited, the gentleman was obviously very skilled. The woman at the front was super pleasant and understanding and it is clear they are a bonus for the community. We will return for new items and any future repairs. Highly recommended.

Tasha Lee James helped resized my watch for me. Great conversationalist and super friendly. I’ll be back for sure to get batteries put into my watches.
