Chelsea lalor The lovely women at the Lufkin, TX location are truly amazing. They have been thru hell with me between my beloved Disney Rapunzel ring getting damaged, replaced and now lost/stolen…. After the emotional roller coaster I’ve been on since yesterday, they were patient and even stayed past closing to help me find the perfect replacement ring at 60% OFF! I will forever shop with them specifically and they should get raises just based off their customer service.

Steven Just wanted to send a quick brag about Lee, I recently had the pleasure of working with Lee at this location, and I couldnt be more impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. From the moment I walked in, Lee greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Not only did he assist me with carting in the items into the store I wanted to sell, but he also went above and beyond by carrying out and loading up the items that Money Mart Pawn wouldnt accept. Lees promptness and courtesy were truly exemplary. Despite the busyness of the store, he made sure to attend to me promptly and efficiently. What impressed me even more was his proactive approach to customer service. Not only did he assist me, but he also took the initiative to greet other customers as they entered the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Abdus Qurashi I recently wanted to buy a necklace as a gift while I was in Killeen and after doing my research to find the right jeweler, I came across Luxia. I then went to the shop myself to see the piece I wanted, and when I walked in I was greeted by the staff & and they were able to answer every question that I had regarding what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many different styles and metals of jewelry that were in display but eventually we decided on a gold filled necklace that came with a letter of authenticity and beautiful box where the necklace was stored. Luxia is now definitely the only place I will be getting my jewelry from when I’m in the area.

If you’re looking for honest affordable work done on jewelry or have him make you some jewelry which he’s doing for me highly recommend I get a really good vibe from the owner. Both my husband and I left there saying that after our first visit, we get the honest dealing vibe not like you’re gonna be taking advantage of at that location highly recommend.
