Ugh, I had such a terrible time buying from them that I didnt even want to leave a review, but I had to tell you. Seriously, you open a business to sell stuff, and you need customers, right? I know Rolexes are hard to come by, but I paid and waited; I didnt go to beg. This isnt my first Rolex, but they treated me like a newbie. The seller, Leticia, looked so bored. I told her when Id be there exactly time, but she didnt seem ready at all. She kept sighing, chewing gum with food on her teeth, and was so unprofessional. And get this, she gave me the Rolex in a Lee Michaels bag, and it looked totally beat up. I had to ask her for a new Rolex bag, even though she said she didnt have one. Seriously? You sell Rolexes but dont have any bags?
Okay, this might sound picky, but I like to get the whole set when I buy something. Lee Michaels took off all the stickers and the bezel protector, saying it was Rolex policy. But I bought a Rolex somewhere else just two weeks ago for my husband and they only took off some stickers as Rolex policy. I nearly received the full set with bezel protector and plus a little extra bag like in the picture. I totally regretted buying it after I made payment at Lee Michaels.
