5 /5 Jlee Ollie: I visited Pandora the other day, and it was quite busy and discouraging. Just as I was about to leave and order online, my husband and I were warmly greeted by Tyler. He was very professional and respectful—an outstanding young man. I was pleased to learn that he is also an Army Veteran. His conversation with my husband about shared interests and values was very enjoyable and made the experience more welcoming. This allowed me to take my time browsing. Tyler was very helpful, offering several options and suggestions. I appreciate the excellent service provided by Tyler. Pandora may consider employing more professional staff members to enhance customer service and efficiency.

1 /5 Diana Duarte: Horrible customer service. I visited this store to purchase a gift card, arriving well before the posted closing time. To my surprise, I was informed that they were no longer taking any customers and was asked to return the next day. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing. I understand that employees have closing procedures to follow, but turning away customers before the stated closing time for a simple transaction seems unreasonable.

This has been the second time we go and get charms and the workers do not know how to put the dividers on my daughters bracelet this second time around they failed to put it on and we called the store and got no help was told they couldn’t find it in the store they couldn’t confirm with me after viewing the video that it was put on back on the bracelet asked me to call back the next day cause they were closing they said once she leaves the store they can’t do anything about it. I will never purchase anything from this store again . The first incident they didn’t correctly place the divider and it fell off luckily we were able to find it ! After spending so much money in this store Im very disappointed . They get busy and fail to do their jobs properly! Horrible!

1 /5 Bryanna Martinez: Terrible customer service. They lied to us saying we could exchange a ring we bought within 30 days if it didn’t fit. We came within 20 days and they refused to exchange the jewelry or give us any type of refund. They didn’t honor their word, even after explaining that they basically had lied to us. The reason we didn’t come sooner was because I had just given birth… Very sad, Grecia had sold us the ring and had explained that we could come back and exchange it. The sales lead Sofia took back that word. Won’t shop here ever again, unpleasant experience for a very expensive piece of jewelry.

1 /5 Cynthia Mendez: If it’s possible to leave negative stars it would happen often apparently to this location, walked in was not greeted, nor helped. There was an abundance of staff and apparently their conversations were more important. For such beautiful jewelry you have the wrong people working.
