Kim Wood We were in Corpus for the weekend when we decided to stop in Samuels to take a look. We wanted to originally upgrade our wedding set but but when I saw these two rings that were just so beautiful…my husband talked me into them. When we got to the hotel after our purchase I noticed that I did not receive the certificate for one of the rings. The owner and Sayed said they would look for it and get it to us. My husband and I needed to return back home and said we could come back for it . After some exchanges in texts and calls we went back down the following weekend. The owner went out of his way and even brought in some additional diamonds for me to look at. I ended up switching out the original diamond I. The ring with a better diamond and was very happy. Both gentleman were very polite and respectable. My husband and I were very appreciative of their efforts and the quality of care we received. We will most definitely be back.

Kelsey Bates This is my second 5 star review for Lu’s. I have a very delicate necklace that has broken a few times. On my third trip she repaired for no charge. It’s always complete within 15 minutes and great service. Highly recommend and will always come back here for my repairs.

Bree Dauphinee Lucas did an amazing job with my emerald! I had bought it in Colombia and it was set in sterling silver. I wanted a metal that wouldn’t oxidize, while making the necklace design more minimalistic. Lucas did a fantastic job and made the necklace exactly how I was wanting! I highly recommend.

kandice Green Zap & Soul is an absolute treasure. They have the cutest, most unique and dainty jewelry, truly pieces you won’t find anywhere else. Their permanent jewelry options are just as fantastic, and I’m obsessed with their charm bar, not only for your body but even for your shoes. Such a fun and creative touch. They also pierced my daughter’s cartilage and were incredibly clean, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. It gave me so much peace of mind as a parent. Sarah Jane McLean Anyone complaining about price tags or service obviously didn’t go into the store to spend money in the first place! The owner Alex is so very polite and eager to deal. His work is beautiful, he is amazingly talented. Never go by the price tag in a jewelry store. Always intend to negotiate with the salesman and like any other deal, the price comes down per piece when you buy more. My camera doesn’t do this piece justice. So well made and sturdy.

Odidi Esther I just met with Lauren in the Zales by the Parks at Arlington and get comfortable because I HAVE to rave. I am not a casual jewelry wearer and I needed my measurements taken for a fitting where the jewelry would be handmade. I walked in not knowing where to go or what to do, just going to the nearest place google recommended and I was greeted warmly by Lauren! I told her my needs and she took her time measuring each finger, wrist and my necklace size, and laughed along with me, while still explained everything I needed to know clearly! We made wonderful conversation as she worked in wonderful professionalism. I got everything I needed in record time. I am so excited to write this review because Lauren is a pillar or exceptional service, kindness, and professionalism with a great personality and smile to boot!
