5 /5 Kelsey Bates: This is my second 5 star review for Lu’s. I have a very delicate necklace that has broken a few times. On my third trip she repaired for no charge. It’s always complete within 15 minutes and great service. Highly recommend and will always come back here for my repairs.

5 /5 Roddie Frederik: came in to get the clasp on my chain fixed. They did it in 30 seconds and didn’t charge. May have been a simple fix but great customer service overall!

5 /5 Ben Welmaker: Needed batteries replaced on two new watches which had never been worn. Warm greeting from both folks in the shop when I entered and one of the two watches was in the works before I knew it. The other was opened and both paid for at a very reasonable price within 10 minutes. The place is family owned and run and seems to place a great deal of value on making the customer happy, They certainly did just that for me. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Bianca Franco: Lu and Maria were so helpful and kind! I was able to get my ring resized super fast (probably 10 mins max). Their positivity and kindness were contagious which makes you want to keep supporting! Will definitely be back for any jewlery needs.

5 /5 Yun-Huan Pai: Store has a great service. Owner is friendly, nice and willing to share her story to customers. If you sees a bad review, thats because people mess up the jewelry where is right next to this one. Great service and attitude, only charged me $22 to fix my white gold chain.
