Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs. They even threw in a gift box!!! Wow! Shout out to Ernesto and Joanne for brightening both my necklace and my day! Before and after photos for reference

LukeZen Gamboa Wonderful experience working with TK as we strolled in looking for our 10 year anniversary rings. He spent a countless amount of effort helping us peruse all selections and steering us in the direction that opened us up to the final selections. Absolutely welcoming and patient as well as so very relaxed as we spent quite a good while there with him. We had no hesitations and only excitement once our choice was made. Thank you TK for the amazingly unique selections you have scoured the world to bring to the Austin area and the family feel of such a grand store. Ashley Atchison Had a WONDERFUL experience at the Zales outlet today...there was in house jewelry repair person and they did an AMAZING JOB changing out my diamond!!! I bought the original engagement ring and wedding band at Zales 25 years ago and continue to go back due to people like Ivy and her team!!!!
