The process has been easy and clear from the start. Claire is very knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way. She approached us focused on helping us design our perfect ring vs just as a sale to close, which we appreciated so much. We had gone to another large chain and it was pushy and impersonal. Overall, loved supporting a women-owned business, working with Claire to design the ring, and the quality. Looking forward to getting wedding bands next!

I recently pulled the trigger on a Black Bay 41mm with a 5-link bracelet and love it. Thank you Bing, your customer service is exceptional!! Update: I have been in multiple times since my last review and have picked up a new Black Bay 68 with a blue dial and have placed an order for a new tough to get Tudor for my wife. David Garza Mr. Bradley Turner (asst. gen. mngr.) assisted me in turning a disastrous issue with my fiancé s wedding ring and helped turn it around into a very momentous event. Unfortunately initial communication (no fault of his) with sales person went bad. Ring was not ready as promised for my retirement ceremony. Mr. Bradley spoke with me on the phone and not only offered his sincere apologies but offered several options and asked me to come in. I went in and explained I had another chance to propose at my retirement party with close friends and family. He showed me the engagement ring and it exceeded my expectations. Ive been a customer for almost 20 years and I will continue to be a loyal customer in large part to this young mans professionalism and courteous manner. He made two cops day. 88metaphors My Godson and I had a wonderful experience with Shayne and Cindy at SB Western Silver and Knives a week ago that exemplified everything I miss about a small town - courtesy, enthusiasm and service. Shayne not only went out of his way to help us with my Godsons previous purchase, he patiently explained some of the distinguishing features between several of the other Artists knives in his collection. My sister also loved their exquisite silver items! Make sure you stop in and visit SB Western Silver and youll see, as I did, the heart of Texas in a small town Artisan!

Andre Wardian Roger went above and beyond with the workmanship and attention he spent on creating this piece. I gave him a design and was shocked to see how much care, detail, and time he spent on the project. The project initially took longer than anticipated, but it was worth the extra time spent getting it just right. I will definitely be back for another project! Needless to say, customer service was fantastic and pricing was always fair. Thank you for giving a second life to a family heirloom that was passed down!
