Latonya Mclaughlin I love Pandora! Its my guilty pleasure. I love this outlet. We drove 5+ hours from Ft. Sill, OK to come because its one of the few places you can still find pieces from the Essence collection! The first lady that helped us was amazing and super helpful, the second, not so much. When I go, I expect to be taken care of by one person and I expect their undivided attention. Because Ive spent thousands of dollars on my collection and this is a love I share with my daughter and my sister and now my mother as well. I never go in to browse, I always shop till I spend every dime of what Ive saved for the experience. This store is always clean, the lighting is perfect and when you can get the right customer service person that person is always very patient and helpful.

Gary Golden I was referred to Nick after searching for months to find someone to make a custom bezel for my coin. The process was very simple. I came in with my own idea on how I wanted the final product to look. So after talking to Nick he asked that I send him the photos. After it was finished it looked exactly like I was hoping for. Their pricing is the best in town. The timeline I was told would be 4-5 weeks from start to finish and to my surprise it was exactly he had it finished in exactly that. I’m extremely satisfied with their professionalism as well as their customer serviceand will be continuing my business with them moving forward. Everyone is full of smiles and not a single person made me feel forced into. It was definitely a no pressure sell environment which in my option is hard to find these days. Thank you guys.

I went in with my brother to get him a ring and we came out buying three other items plus the ring for such a good price! Raj helped us on picking the perfect piece for each item we got! the staff was so friendly and were so helpful and patient! They let us try on the jewelry and weren’t rushing us and throwing prices compared to other places! amazing staff, amazing prices and amazing pieces! My new go to place!
