1 /5 Raquel: I went into the store at 8:55pm to buy some earrings. When I walked in the store manager (older black woman with short hair) was so rude to me. The greeting i got upon entering was "were closed, this is our last customer of the night, the registers closed." While she was ringing someone. IF YOU ARE RINGING SOMEONE YOUR REGISTER ISNT CLOSED. THE MALL CLOSES AT 9. NOT 8:55.... THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She then proceeded to tell me she doesnt have a regional manager when I asked for her managers information. And said to me "You walked in at 8:55, we dont have any change left." Then I said "ok well can I pay with a card?" She then said "We dont have any receipt paper left." Yall its the lies... Im literally in utter shock and disbelief at the level of unprofessional treatment and lack of customer service I received. I love jewelry and was prepared to spend all my money in this store. Unfortunately I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!

1 /5 Alicia Elsea: My daughter went in to get jewelry for homecoming, the girls were to busy ogling the k-9 officer to even help, and using very inappropriate derogatory language. All items were marked clearance and said 5 for $15. When we walked out she showed me the 3 items she bought, a small necklace, a set of simple stud earrings, and a small bracelet. She paid $50 dollars for the 3 items and they all looked cheap and easily breakable. When we went to return the items the girls said that they are unable to do returns on their machine, but could come back another day. When advised we live an hour away she huffed and typed in something and said nope I cant return them. This was horrible customer service if she was going to buy cheap looking items we could have went to Claires. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They should have a sign that says they cant do returns. Be better.

1 /5 bailey Benitez: The “manager” who helped us was very rude, she was rushing us to pay and when we asked about the sale she got an attitude acting as if we were stupid. The bracelet we purchased was on the sale rack she raised her voice saying what we got “ didn’t have a red sticker so I don’t know what to tell you” we simply came in to purchase some prom jewelry and were treated like an inconvenience. Might I add we were the only ones in the store when checking out so there was no need to rush.

5 /5 Kimberly Nelson: First off I want to say the sales associate Saudi was so amazing. I had a really bad experience at Claires the lady was so rude but when I walked in Lovisa, Saudi was very nice and appreciated me as customer. I give her a 10/10 customer services was great guys go shop there you will not regret your experience.

5 /5 Ashley Medina: Very great service as always! My earring ended up falling out in my sleep and closed up. I called the store and the manager was very friendly/accommodating. I came in the next day to get it re-pierced no charge. Quick and easy fix. Thank you so much!
