1 /5 Melissa Flores: I normally love James Avery, but my recent experience was very disappointing. An employee named Jenine (or Janine) was extremely rude to us. Her tone was harsh, dismissive, and made us feel very uncomfortable. As Hispanic paying customers, it almost felt like there was a prejudice behind the way she treated us compared to others. No customer should ever feel disrespected or singled out in this way. James Avery is known for kindness and quality, but this interaction left a very negative impression
